In a world of disposable everything, Jon paints urban landscapes to record, preserve, and savor what has shaped Colorado. Old signs, and especially neon signs, are rendered with care and beauty. By the act of painting these scenes and objects, Jon strives to save them from being forgotten as forward movement scrapes them from our lives.
